At ChromaCrafts, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Coloring Books:

  1. Unused Books:

    • We offer a full refund for physical coloring books returned unused and in their original condition within 7 days of the delivery date.

    • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
       

  2. Used Books:

    • Once a physical coloring book has been opened and used, it is not eligible for return or refund.

    • This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our products and ensure fairness to all customers.
       

  3. Damaged or Defective Books:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

    • We will replace the damaged book or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.
       

Digital Coloring Books:

  1. Refund Eligibility:

    • Digital coloring books are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase

  2. Refund Process for Digital Products:

    • To request a refund for an eligible digital product, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the refund.

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
       

General Refund Conditions:

  1. All refund requests must be made through our customer service channels.

  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  3. Processing time for refunds may take up to 5-7 business days, depending on your payment provider.
     

Exceptions:

  1. Special sales or promotional items may have different refund terms, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

  2. Bulk orders or custom products may have different refund policies, to be discussed at the time of order.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraud or misuse of our refund policy.
